At River & Co we want you to love your purchase as much as we do.
We thoughtfully create our products and ensure they are of the best quality. If however, your item is faulty we will happily offer an exchange or refund under the following conditions.
Once an order is placed, I usually get to work on it within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately orders can not be changed or cancelled once started, but we will do our best to accommodate.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded (unless faulty).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
River & Co is not responsible for items lost in the post as unfortunately this is out of our control. Orders posted within Australia typically arrive within a week, and orders posted outside of Australia typically arrive within 3 weeks, but can take more depending on location and customs. We highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option to avoid this issue.
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless products are faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
